抄録

1947年に制定された教育基本法は「真理と平和を希求する人間の育成」を戦後日本の教育の目的に定めたものであった。本稿ではこの教育基本法の制定過程を論じ、その制定に深く関わった二人のキリスト者南原繁と河井道の教育思想を論じることによってキリスト教教育の役割と使命を考える。

In 1947 year Japan laid down the Fundamental Law of Education which was ordained `nature of human seeking truth and peace' as an aim of education. In this paper I will first of all explain an established process of the Law. After that I will argue educational thought of Shigeru Nanbara and Michi Kawai who played a role in constitution of the Fundamental law of Education. Finally I will consider a role and calling of Christian school education.
