抄録

タカラジェンヌと呼ばれる女性ばかりの劇団員で構成される宝塚歌劇は、約100年の歴史を有している。この事業継続を支えている要因の一つとして、男役10年と呼ばれるように、タカラジェンヌたちが技能を継続的に磨くことがあげられる。本研究では、タカラジェンヌのキャリア形成について、エンターテイナーがどのように実践知を獲得しているのかという視点から探究する。文献調査や関係者へのインタビュー調査から、タカラジェンヌの実践知の特色として、以下の3 点が明らかになった。①中堅からトップスターへのキャリア形成のプロセスには、種類の異なる公演で主役を複数回演じることが必須であること。②これらの公演での経験が、トップスター候補と目されるタカラジェンヌに実践知を獲得する機会を提供していること。③トップスター候補は、これらの公演を通じて、そのキャリア形成のプロセスに応じた熟達化の必要性を理解していること。

This study is intend as a social scientific investigation for as to why in Japanese entertainment show business, The Takarazuka Revue has maintained its high quality performance and survived to this day, with a focus on the career development of performers of The Takarazuka Revue. With a view towards examining more heuristic facts on the basis of data, I found three peculiarity points of this career development. 1） The career development processes of performers are deeply related with their tasks in The Takarazuka Revue show. 2） Those performances offer opportunities developing their practical intelligence. 3） Performers can understand how to develop their professional experts through The Takarazuka Revue show.
