Abstract

The medium ohm resistors up to 1kΩ and of less TCR than ±25ppm/℃ has been developed. The dispersion of resistance has been decreased by repeating activation and ultrasonic radiation in activation bath for a while. And, by dipping pre-treated substrates in water of same temperature as that of plating bath, the dispersion of resistance has been further decreased. It has been found that, by heat treatment at 200℃ in air, the resistance does not rise almost at all and TCR can be easily controlled by heat treatment time adjustment. The characteristics has not been affected even by plating in 30℃ bath.
