文部科学省はカリキュラム改訂を行った。一つは,2002年から小学校・中学校で情報系の授業を総合学習の一つとして実施することである。もう一つは,高等学校で2003年から新教科である情報を実施することである。鈴鹿中学校は情報科目に対応することが必要である。それは,重要課題の一つであると位置づけられている。鈴鹿中学校は私立中学校のため校区が広い。そして,多くの学生が遠方より通学している。また,家庭の核家族化,共働き世帯の増加により,日中留守の家庭が増加した。この様な状況で,学校から保護者へ連絡をするのは容易ではない。また一方で,保護者から学校へ連絡をとるのも容易ではない。それは,担当教員がとても忙しいからである。そのため,保護者から連絡が取りにくいと,クレームがあがっている。対応策として,学校と家庭とをネットワークで結ぶことにした。それは,時間や相手の都合を気にしない効果をもたらす。そのために,学校と家庭とが容易に連絡をとるシステムの導入を検討した。さらに,その効果を完全なものとするために以降のことを実施した。全ての家庭がこのシステムに参加できるように配慮した。それは,希望する家庭に情報機器を無償貸与することである。これで,全ての保護者は自宅あるいは職場から時間帯を気にすることなく,学校と連絡を取ることが可能になった。

It brings about the effect which doesn't make the convenience of the time and the companion a mood. Therefore, the school and the home examined the introduction of the system which makes a contact easily. Moreover, it implemented since then to make the effect total. It considered for all homes to be able to participate in this system.lt is to loan the home to hope for information equipment gratis. In this, all protectors became able to make a contact with the school without making a time zone a mood from the house or the office.
