抄録

体育学部学生59名の1年2ヶ月間の外傷統計について考察したところ,次のような知見を得た。1人平均約10回治療のために健康管理センターを訪ずれている。月別にみると6月に事故がもっとも多い。これは体育大会があるためであろう。個人別事故発生回数はポアソン分布をなし,殆んどの者は平均値の周辺に集中し,特定の者の事故多発生が顕著であった。傷害は殆んどが軽傷で,捻挫が多く,部位別では下肢が約4割,上肢が約2割を占めていた。事故を多発する者は体操部・陸上競技部に集中したが,それらの者の心理的・身体的・運動的特性は,性格テスト・柔軟性などに問題があって多分に事故素因が潜在しているように思われたので,今後はこれら諸特性と事故との因果関係についてさらに追求してみたい。本研究の要旨は第16回東北学校保健学会において発表した。御指導下さいました仙台大学須藤春一教授ならびに東京医科歯科大学前田博教授に厚く御礼申し上げます。

The statistical study of the sport injury about 59 students resulted as follows. The number of cases handled was 381 for a year two months. Injury occured most frequently in June. The reason was that the annual sport meetings were held in June. Individual accident frequency made Poisson-distribution. Namely, a few occured very much, but almost of all gathered in the vicinity of the median. The student who occured accident frequently had the distinct defects in psychological or physical and kinesiological traits. So the severe screening test of these traits will be useful for the prevention of sport injury.
