Departmental Bulletin Paper

First, this article points out some problems of Japan's Organ Transplantation Law (1997) . Then, it picks up a few Western thoughts which may lead to an understanding that brain death is equal to human death, so organ transplantation should be a positive treatment. After that, it pays attention to several Japanese thoughts from which the opposite direction can be developed l concerning the issues.
