大手前大学の学習支援センターは、学生の自主学習を推進する場として設けられている。この学習支援センターで働くスタッフのうち、本学の学部生を「ピアサポーター」と呼んでいる¹）。ピアサポーターに対してどのようなトレーニングをするべきかは、現在多くの高等教育機関が模索している課題だろう。本稿では大手前大学学習支援センターが2013年度に行ったピアサポーター・トレーニングの内容を報告し、次年度に向けての問題点を整理するものである。

This is a report that records the contents of Peer Supporter training program at Otemae University in 2013. The definition of Peer Supporter in this report is students who work at Self-learning Centre at otemae University and make an effort to support other student's self-directed learning. In this report, I will describe the contents, number, and effects of the training.
