抄録
The heat sink is a metal conductor designed specifically to conduct and radiate heat. It is generally used for cooling of the CPU. The CPU heat sink consists of a bottom plate with many fins. We have proposed a simple model of a heat sink with sixteen fins. In this model, the thickness of the bottom plate has been numerically estimated for optimum cooling.
