- Analysis on the Factors Influencing the Change of the Industrial Employment Structure

Abstract
The study aims to analysis the changing job, the newly employing, the leaving job and the death of the employee all over Japan, and to clarifシtheimpact of the four factors on the industrial employment structure during 1965-1997.The main conclusions are as follows,1The industry with the most number of employee moving in from other industries have changed from the manufacture industry to the service industry between 1965 and 1997;2The agriculture industry became the moving-in industry from 1977, but the manufacture industry and the wholesale and retail trade industry became the moving-out industry from 1971 and 1982 respectively;3In the new employee, the employee proportion of the manufacture industry have been reducing but that of the service industry increasing during 32 years;4The factors which greatly influence the change ofthe industrial employment structure are the newly employing and the leavingjob.
