Abstract
By the damage of the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake with M9.0 on March 11, 2011, the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station released a lot of radioactive materials. In Yokosuka City, which is located more than 250km from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, dose rate raised suddenly. In Miura Peninsula, we found the difference of among dose rates measured by the stations of monitoring posts which are developed by Kanagawa Prefecture and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in Japan, though dose rates show low values. The purpose of this study is to clarify distribution of dose rate in Miura Peninsula. We carried out carborne measurement of dose rate in Miura Peninsula. As a result of measurement, we found that dose rates in northeastern part of Miura Peninsula are relatively higher than those in other part.
