抄録

ゴールマネジメントフレームワーク（GMF: Goal Management Framework）を提案する．GMFは，システムの関係者であるアクタ，システム導入後に提供されるサービス，そして新たにアクタが創出するゴールの3つの関係を統合的に管理し分析することを支援する．また，システム導入後の環境において新たなゴールを抽出するうえで，ゴールの網羅性や精度を高めるためのガイドラインとなる．GMFはゴール抽出を支援するための2つの行列と3つの技法から構成される．本稿ではGMFを企業の製造工程にシステムを導入したケースに適用を行う．このケーススタディを通してGMFの有効性を考察する．

In this paper, we propose a Goal Management Framework (GMF). GMF supports analyst to manage and analyzing three factors, which are actor related to information system, service supplied in current situation and goal created by actors. Also, GMF is guideline for verifying both completeness and accuracy of creating goals in situation which is introduced to information system. GMF includes two matrixes and three methods for goal elicitation and refinement. We report the application of the GMF to the actual field of production process in the manufacturing company which is introduced to the new information system.
