本論文では，IP電話端末のタッチパネル画面を利用した在席表示システムの構築と運用について述べる．我々はこれまでも専用端末を利用したネットワークに対応した在席システムを構築し，運用してきたが機器の故障も多く，新しいシステムを構築する必要があった．これまでの運用から在席表示システムとしての要件の洗い出しを行い，IP電話端末を利用し，その画面上で在席システムを稼働させるシステムの構築を行った．それにより在席状態の変更もPCを使わずに可能となり，専用ハードウェアを必要としないシステムを構築することができた．またIP電話機の状態をポーリングすることにより通話中なのかそうでないのかといった判断がつけられる仕組みを在席表示システムに取り込んで一緒に表示できるようにした．本論文のシステムは2010年10月から運用を開始した．

In this paper, we describe construction and operation of a presence display system using a touch panel screen of the IP-phone. We constructed and used a presence display system that supports the network using a dedicated terminal. However, equipment failure increased, and it was necessary to build a new system. We investigated a presence display system requirements from past use. Because a presence display system works on a screen of IP-phone, the user can do the change of the presence without using the PC. The new system is not necessary for the dedicated terminal to use the IP-phone. In addition, the new system can display the call state of the IP telephone to a list of presence screen. We have started to operate this system in October 2010.
