本論文では，組み込み制御ソフトウェアの開発効率向上を目的に，制御ロジックを記述したSimulinkモデルをソフトウェア設計に適したUMLモデルに変換するツールを提案する．本モデル変換ツールは制御ロジックの構造を表す階層のSimulinkモデルを入力とし，状態遷移や条件分岐に応じて実行する処理を切り替えられるUMLモデルを生成する．具体的には，制御ロジックの構造を記述した階層のSimulinkモデルを入力とし，クラス図，オブジェクト図，シーケンス図，およびアクティビティ図を出力する．そして，複数のSimulinkモデルに対して適用実験を行い，本モデル変換ツールの有用性を確認した．

The paper presents a tool to transform Simulink models to UML models. The model transformation tool analyzes the data flows and control flows of Simulink models and generates UML models with efficient control flows. The tool inputs a structure-layer Simulink model and outputs class diagrams, object diagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams. We have applied the tool to a number of Simulink models and have confirmed its usefulness for embedded control software design.
