The society where the economic resources are knowledge and technology has been progressing. Activating the organization is a must for achieving big and good results in this society; we need to encourage each person who owns the resources to create new values to perform his/her remarkable abilities well enough in the work. The leadership is indispensable for activating the organization. The leadership can be generated only when "the influence-power" of leader and "the sympath-power" of follower are interacted. This paper first explains the meaning of the leadership. Then, we describe the responsible roles of both leader and follower respectively, and show they are in the relationship of symbiosis. Furthermore, we investigate what followers see in a leader to trust him/her and what a leader sees in followers to trust them. We also discuss what the influence-power of leader is and what the sympathy-power of follower is. Lastly, "Who has the leadership" is answered.
