This research carried out anger management for the college student. The object was selected this time. It classified into the type of the type AO (which specifically expresses anger for an object), the type A.I. (Artificial Intelligence person which controls anger), and three types AO (which control anger). AO and AC were taken up also in it. AO is holding the danger of producing a psychological problem, it is in a required state to prevent that a mental problem arises, and there is possibility which has already shown the signs of a certain mental problem in this stage. It is required for how expressing anger to relate individual belief and cognition and to consider the balance of beliefs, and the authors think that anger can be processed appropriately by preparing balance. Although reduction of an anger score and a cognitive change were seen, since there were also those who were not able to gain, those who gained the ways of coping which suited themselves, it did not come to conclude that discussion in the anger management had an effect to all the members. However, he noticed his cognition and it was shown that it is effective to catch the balance of beliefs. When the member controlled anger, some suggestion was obtained from the situation of activity or homework about the factor considered to be required.
