Abstract

Consider the concept of the healthy development of Japan.And it revealed its uniqueness.Then we had organize the trend of policy.In Japan,the concept of child healthy upbringing is not sufficient.And it has not been used as a universal concept.When you re-examination of child healthy upbringing concept of Japan,we have the rights-based approach and the needs-corresponding type approach.UNICEF Innocenti Research Centre from the viewpoint of the CFC,has proposed the rights-based approach.Policy of Japan is the needs-corresponding type approach.Child healthy upbringing of Japan,is a unique concept also seen internationally. Transformation from the needs-corresponding type approach to the rights-based approach,there is a possibility that the universal concept of Japan.
