Abstract
In this paper I have examined the history of the concept of human rights of England, discovering its origin in the Ten Commandments which provide the fundamental principle. I have also examined, in terms of the idea of hospitality, how the concept of human rights was born and then developed in relation to Christian ethical values. I then have proceeded to further identify the meaningfulness of the concept of human rights to today's society.
