Description

The purpose of this study is to examine the comments on the judgement of UK Supreme Court of the case of Susan Smith which made a decision concerning “the right to life” of British soldiers at the armed conflict occurred outside of UK. The majority opinion of the Supreme Court approved the possibility that the relatives of the soldiers would succeed in their claims. On this opinion there are some comments which criticize the decision because of its bad influence on the military effectiveness.
