カウンセリング研修における、話し手・聴き手演習の効果について検討した。研究1では、小集団で話し手・聴き手演習を実施し、実施前後に感情気分評定を、体験後に感想を自由記述で求め、話し手・聴き手演習の効果について検討した。研究2では、1群に2者間相互話し手・聴き手演習を、もう1群に想定書簡法を実施し、実施前後に感情気分評定を求め、話し手・聴き手演習と想定書簡法の効果について比較検討した。その結果、話し手・聴き手演習による、肯定的感情気分の促進効果と否定的感情気分の低減効果がみられ、話し手・聴き手演習は、想定書簡法に比べて、実施前の感情気分状態が実施後の肯定的な感情効果と有意に関連していることが示唆された。また、本研究では、感情気分評定20の効果測定ツールとしての有効性が認められた。

We examined effects of the "client-counselor" Role-Playing (RP) as the educational method for training a counselor. In the first study, participants were asked to estimate their affects on 20 items, before and after they experienced the RP, and to write their impressions of the RP freely. We found affective and educational effects of the RP. In the second study, participants were divided into two groups, which one experienced the RP in pairs and the other experienced the Assumed Letter Writing (ALW) by thmrselves. They were asked to estimate their affects on 20 items, before and after they experienced the RP or the ALW. We compared affective effects of the RP with that of the ALW. The results revealed that experiences of the RP increased positive affects, whereas that decreased negative affects significantly. And the effects on positive affects in RP significantly related to their former level on affects, compared with that of ALW. Furthermore, a measure of "the Affects20" was significantly useful as a tool of measure for affective effects in this study.
