P(論文)

The purpose of this paper is to establish the relationship between organizational strategy and human resource management (HRM) which has been studied a great deal recently. First, we will discuss the theoretical stream toward the establishment of strategic HRM (SHRM). Then, we will introduce the behavioral perspective and resource-based perspective as representative frameworks of SHRM. The behavioral perspective focuses on employee behavior as the mediator between strategy and company performance and the resource-based perspective on the link between strategy and the internal resources of the firm.
