Article
On the welfare policy for the elderly, it is not that old multi-occupied collaboration was carried out in a form comprehensive of death. Even if we look at the law that regulates each profession, the words “cooperation” and “adjustment” are written. There is a limit to care for each elderly in a single occupation, and it is becoming common for multiple professionals to demonstrate their respective roles to provide comprehensive care. However, there is not enough discussion about multi-occupation collaboration that includes death. Therefore, what kind of factors resulted from a survey of the actual nursing home for the elderly nursing home, and it became a smooth multi-occupational collaboration, and I examined as to whether it would be a good team as a result. As a result, we will make it possible for each job category to cope with the information sharing method, the role each professionals play professional roles depending on the circumstances, and the collection and provision of information having a different degree but medical aspects.
