青年期において，恋愛関係は悩みの主要な原因であるにもかかわらず，実証的な研究はあまりなされていない。特に心理的危機ともいえる恋愛関係崩壊後の反応については，研究があまりみられない（宮下・白井・内藤，1991）。本研究は恋愛関係崩壊後における青年期の感情や行動について調べ，さらに，恋愛関係崩壊後，立ち直るためには，どのような反応が有効であったか，反応の有効性についても検討を行うことを目的とした。またその際，性，恋愛関係進展度，別れを切り出した人，性格の影響も検討した。被調査者は，異性と交際し，別れた経験があると回答した大学生124名（男性49名，女性75名）であった。結果として，恋愛関係崩壊後の反応は，「後悔・悲痛」，「未練」，「怒り・回避」という3つの反応がみいだされた。恋愛関係が進展していたものほど，「後悔・悲痛」反応および「未練」反応が多いという結果がみられた。また，恋愛関係崩壊後の反応の有効性については，「未練」，「美化」，「悲痛」，「逃避」の4つの反応が得られた。反応の有効性については性格要因の影響がみられた。

The purpose of this study was to examine adolescent's feelings and behaviors after the dissolution of romantic relationships. Further, the purpose of the present research was to examine availability of responses after the dissolution of romantic relationships. The participants were 124 undergraduates (49 males and 75 females), who have dated for a while and experienced the dissolution of romantic relationships. Results showed that "'regret/grief", "attachment" and "anger/avoidance" were found as resopnses after the dissolution. The more intimate their romantic relationships were, the more "regret/grief" and "attachment" after the dissolution were. As availability of responses after the dissolution, the following 4 subscale were obtained: "attachment", "beautification", "grief", "escape".
