In recent years, computer games and simulations have been used as educationalmaterials and business games are used to simulate business management in bothcompanies and universities. 　This article examines a business game which has many parameters and requiresteamwork, making it more difficult than games for individual players. 　Differences in the level of team members can cause trouble and time wasting inbusiness games, lowering player motivation and requiring better facilitation. Highquality learning materials make for good practice in business games and help teammembers understand what they do not know, ask appropriate questions, cooperateand have rational discussion.
