Description
In this paper author will introduce you the newly designed testing switch board for three phase induction motor. In the electric machine factory where the induction motors are main products and workers are numbered about 900 men and 100 women (it ranks in the middle of electric machine factories in Japan) if these products are consisted of many varieties of types and ratings, these we shall have no difficulties for finall testing but have to waste much more time for readying and changing the set-up for test. And then if test engineer is fresh he may be often do mis-testing and destroy the instrument,the apparatus and the product. So as to avoid these accidents and disturbances we designed and assembled the testing switch board in which push button selecting methods were used. For almost a half and two years this switch board has been acted more effectively for saving the time for testing and safty-maintenance in the factory.
