Class evaluation by students has widely been conducted at most of the universities and technical colleges. Class evaluation frequently takes a form of questionnaire survey. But there is wide versatility not only in style including questions time with or without respondent's name but also in the evaluation and application procedure. So it is still challenging theme how to effectively reflect the questionnaire results to teacher's faculty development In this project a questionnaire survey concerning the evaluation and application of class evaluation was conducted to all of the engineering education programs that certificated by Japan Accreditation Board for Engineering Education JABEE and more than 200 answers were obtained. Some nuts and bolts are derived through careful analysis of the answers : 1) students evaluation is generally informative to the teacher for his or her faculty development;2) it is essential to identify the students to whom the evaluation results are to be reflected to the present students or to the forthcoming students;3) teachers should declare how to improve the class to students and colleagues. It also should be noted that class evaluation is strong tool to improve teaching faculty but easily dropped into mannerism without the motivation.
