APPLE II, MELCOM 70/20およびMELCOM70を主体とするデータ集録・処理装置について,その構成,運用法を述べた.特にAPPLE IIは最も最近作られたもので,各インテリヂェント・ターミナル群を,INTEL SBC10マイクロコンピュタで統割するハイラルキー構成をとっている.MELCOM 70/20も同様な思想によってまとめられているが,遥かに高速の処理能力を持つ.MELCOM 70はリアルタイム・モニタの下で動作しており,複雑な制御の必要な実験に使用される.
The newly developed three data acquisition systems are introduced, which are APPLE II System, MELCOM 70/20 System and MELCOM 70 System. APPLE II System is the newest system and has hierarchy structure combined with the intelligent terminals using INTEL SBC 10 Microcomputer. MELCOM 70/20 System is also constructed based on the same policy but, owing to its faster cycle time, is useful for more complicated experiments. MELCOM 70 System is operated under Real Time Monitor and has capability to conduct real time experiments of sophisticated systems.
