「さきがけ」, 「すいせい」両探査機に対する科学観測ミッションからの要求, 重量, 電力, 通信, 熱設計等工学上の諸要求と制限を考慮したシステム設計及び打上げ後の運用結果によるその評価について述べる。

In this paper, the system design of the spacecraft "Sakigake" and "Suisei" which was carried out in consideration of requirements and restrictions related to the scientific mission, weight, power, communication, thermal design and so on. The verification of this system design through the mission operation of both spacecraft is also dicussed.
