Abstract

りん青銅,洋白,キュプロニッケル,18-8ステンレスの圧延板に低温焼鈍をほどこすことのたわみの塑性(K_b)に及ぼす影響をしらべた.また,りん青銅および洋白の板にレベラーをかけることの影響もしらべた.ほとんどすべての場合に圧延したままのものに対しては,レベラーをかけることはK_b値を上昇させる効果があることがわかった。

Bending plasticity (K_b) of strips of phosphor bronze, nickel silver and 18-8 stainless steel that were cold-rolled and then given low-temperature anneal was measured. The effect of levellering phosphor bronze and nickel silver strips was also studied. In almost all cases levellering increased the value of K_b of as-rolled strips.
