抄録

鶏胚大腿骨の回転培養法に際してmatrixの要否と結合組織細胞の除去を検討し,matrixは直接管壁でよいこと,結合組織細胞は回転培養の経過と共に脱落し骨成長は持続することが明らかとなり,特にその除去のためtrypsin処理は骨発育を著しく阻害するので,特別な目的がない限り行なわない方がよいことがわかった.また栄養液の組成を検討した結果,塩類溶液をTyrode液とし血清および鶏胚浸出液をそれぞれ20%に加えたものが好適であったが,鶏胚浸出液は同じような条件下で作成してもその発育促進作用に変動がみられたので
