Abstract

(1)我が国の汲取り便池に多発するセンチニクバエの殺虫剤抵抗性を調べる目的で,長崎市内の未だ殺虫剤を使用していない便池から採集したものを風研系統と名付けて1959年7月から実験室内で累代飼育を行ない,本種を使用して幼虫,あるいは成虫で累代淘汰して,各種殺虫剤に対する抵抗性発達の過程と程度を1960年7月から1962年1月まで行なった.(2)風研系センチニクバエ幼虫を,DDT,リンデン,デイルドリン, ダイアジノン,DDVP,オルソジクロールベンゼンの各殺虫剤によるそれぞれ3段階の有毒培基に18世代まで(デ
