抄録

(1) Cl. welchiiの分離培養に際し,Todd変法培地はZeissler培地,ブドウ糖寒天培地,VF寒天培地に代用され,本培地とドライアイス法の併用は他の嫌気培養法に比して簡便であると共に良好な成績が得られ,また本培地は発育集落の観察が容易であり,かつその生存期間は他の培地に比して長い利点をもつ。(2)Cl. welchii Hobbs' type 22株,Cl.welchii type A 2株及び一部糞便及び土讓から分離した48株について抗原分析的研究を行なった.(3)供試菌はthermostable antigen,thermolabile(somatic(?)) antigenを保有し,かつ両抗原には所謂formalin-thermolabile antigenが存在し,かつthermolabile antigenには二相性(biphasic)のものも確認された.(4)Thermolabile antigenは熱抵抗性に著しい差があるが,加熱によって反応原性,免疫原性及び吸収原性を失う.(5)生菌及びホルマリン死菌家兎免疫血清中にはこれらの各種抗原に相応する凝集素を含む.(6)以上の成績を要約してCl. welchii Hobbs' typeの抗原組成のSchemaを提示した.
