抄録

わが国をめぐる貿易構造や産業構造の変化には，わが国企業のグローバル化の動向が深く関与 する。本稿では，それを可能にする要素について，よりミクロな視点でアプローチすることを目 的とする。具体的には企業のグローバル・ネットワークのノードたる拠点の形成と，その根源で ある人的資源に着目し，変容するグローバル化の意味と，今後の可能性を議論する。

Global networking of enterprises has changed the trade and industrial structure in Japan. A deeper microscopic analysis is tried to those changes. Actually, an interest of our analysis is the trend of the base nodes in global network of enterprises. And another important interest is their acquisition policies of the manpower of the residence staff.
