抄録

Various subsidy programs have been created by the government in response to the stagnant economic situation caused by the effects of the new coronavirus infection. This paper describes the employment adjustment subsidy, which is the center of the wage subsidy system, and the new coronavirus infectious disease response leave support / benefit, which was created to solve the problems of the employment adjustment subsidy. “Leave support fund” will be taken up.However, the application status of the leave support fund created to solve the problem is sluggish, and it is pointed out that the cause of the sluggishness is the leave allowance of Article 26 of the Labor Standards Act in the wage protection legislation, and the problem is solved. The purpose of this paper is to make a proposal. Although there was no space to touch on in detail in this paper, the discussion was inspired by the systems of Germany and South Korea, which have similar wage systems and subsidy systems to Japan.
