抄録

本論では，特別支援学校における校内研修会の効果を向上させる取り組みを提案するために，はじめに研修担当者が抱える課題について整理を行った．その結果，校内研修会の担当者は，研修機会の確保（Chance），研修内容の選択（Choice），参加者・研修講師との意思疎通（Communication）に課題を抱えていることが浮き彫りとなった．また，校内研修会の効果向上には，アフターケア（Care）の観点が必要であり，その一試案として研修後のリーフレット作成を提案した．そして，本論では，４つのCの視点を踏まえた校内研修会の運営について実践報告を行い，研修の運営に伴う課題の解決や研修効果の向上のために，どのような対応が有効であるかについて考察した．

This study considers issues faced by teachers in charge of organizing school workshops in order to suggest ways of increasing the effectiveness of school workshops at special needs schools. We found that teachers in charge of organizing school workshops encountered problems in having the chance to hold school workshops (Chance), in choosing workshop contents (Choice), and in communicating with the workshop participants and lecturer (Communication). Also, we found out that providing proper aftercare (Care) is necessary to increase the effectiveness of the workshops. Accordingly, we propose preparing a leaflet of learned contents after the workshop. In this paper, we report on the actual management of school workshops from the perspective of the 4Cs. Moreover, we consider what kinds of measures are effective for solving problems for managing school workshops and increasing their effectiveness.
