After the Second World War, most of the Japanese avoided the responsibility of the war, for they did not want to reflect on the meaning of the invasive war, but, instead, excuse themselves that they were only forced to commit the war. So Japan strived only for the economic success and became totally irresponsible for the war. This structure made Japanese society very stressful, which finally caused the change of the government in 2009. Maybe this change can be the first step to the beginning of the "Foundation of Freedom", for which Hannah Arendt admired the American Revolution.
