Description

The circles of curvature are the circles that approximate the curve at each point of the curve. The reciprocal of the radius of the circle of curvature is called the curvature of the curve. In this paper we shall how to draw the circles of curvature for the quadratic curves. These methods are common to all quadratic curves except circle. And these methods make it easy to imagine the circle of curvature. In particular, we shall also show that the circle of curvature for the parabola is related to the circle passing through the focus of the parabola.
