ニコニコ動画のコメントは基本的に画面上を流れているだけであり,視聴を楽しむには物足りない. そこで,コメントに関連するタグや大百科記事などの情報を自動で付加する,コメントから特定の嗜好の 利用者を発見するなどの様々な機能があれば動画の視聴をより楽しむことができる.そのために我々はニ コニコ大百科から,コメントに出てくる用語の機械可読な拡張固有表現辞書を構築し,コメントに様々な 情報を付加することを可能とする.
Comments on the movie in NicoNico Douga are just shown without any interaction. It might be more enjoyable that these comments have some functions such as: users can get information of named entity on the shown comment by the graphical interaction, or shows any user groups who are interested in some kind of objects in the movie by their posted comments. Thus, we provide a NicoNico buzz phrase dictionary that includes Extended Named Entity(NE) information for realizing those applications.
