This paper researches and experiments the fun of numerical growth in RPGs (Role Playing Games) to proof the numerical growth itself that involves the factor of fun. Caillois' classification theory for playing is often applied to analyze the fun of video games, but the theory cannot explain why the experience exploitation in RPG is fun to do. Generally, the experience exploitation is regarded as boring, because it is not like playing, but like simple labor. But actually, quite a few players like to do the "labor". Experimental result shows some players enjoy themselves to do the "labor" only for itself.
