汎用的能力評価のためのルーブリックとチェックリストの提案

近年の大学において，専門知識の修得と汎用的能力の向上の両方を重視した教育へと改革が進んでいる.そこで，それらの評価についても検討が必要となる.多くの場合，専門知識は特定の科目において教育が行われるので，その科目内で評価を行うのが適当であると考えられる.一方，汎用的能力は特定の科目で身に付けられるものではなく，大学4年間の教育カリキュラムを通した評価が必要となる.そこで，我々は，向上を目指す汎用的能力を明確化し，学生の汎用的能力を育成，評価する取り組みを2017年度から開始した.また，この取り組みで必要となる汎用的能力の評価指標の要件を明確にし，それらの要件を満たすルーブリックとチェックリストを作成した.作成したルーブリックとチェックリストを使用した授業と汎用的能力の自己評価を行うワークショップにおいて，学生へわかりやすさについてのアンケートを行った.その結果と考察から，作成したルーブリックとチェックリストは実用可能な程度にわかりやすい表現になっており，設定した要件もほぼ満たしていることがわかった.

Recent years, educational reforms have been promoted in many universities. The purpose of the reforms is shifting educational method to develop generic skills in addition to acquiring knowledge. In this paper, we proposed a rubric and checklists for the assessment of generic skills. First, we defined items of target generic skills in our educational curriculum and clarified requirements for the assessment index of generic skills. Then we developed a rubric and checklists that meet the requirements. We used the rubric and checklists in a class and a workshop in which students conducted self-assessment of their generic skills. The results of questionnaires after the class and the workshop suggested that the rubric and checklists are easy enough to understand for students and useful for assessment of generic skills.
