言語には系統がある．言語系統樹は言語の変化を樹の枝分かれにたとえ，同系言語の関係をモデル化したものである．一方，Graphvizはシンプルなテキスト記述により，テキストのデータをグラフ表現に変換するためのオープンソースツールである．本稿では，Graphvizを言語系統樹の図式表現に応用した場合の問題点を解明するとともに，その解決手法を提案する．また，言語系統樹の自動生成ツールLF Viewerを紹介し，その有効性を示す．

Languages have their relationships and language family trees are model to express the relationships between the languages in a same family by using trees in order to show the changes of the languages. On the other hand, there is an open software, Graphviz, that can draw graphs by simply writing text data. In this paper, we reveal the problems when using Graphviz to draw graphs of language family trees and propose a method to solve these problems. Further, we introduce a tool LF Viewer to automatically generate language family tree based on Graphviz, made by ourself, and show its effectiveness.
