本研究は, 初級から中級, および上級にわたる7つの異なる習熟度グループに属する日本人英語学習者が, 57項目にわたる多種多様な言語項目（語彙・品詞・統語構造・談話構造など）をどれくらいの頻度で使用しているかという情報をもとに, 多変量解析（コレスポンデンス分析とクラスター分析）を用いて, 発話の発達指標となる言語項目を特定することを目的とする.

This study aims to specify developmental indices that can show how English oral proficiency of Japanese EFL learners develops. The present analysis was conducted using a one million-sized spoken corpus which is considered to be the largest spoken performance data in Japanese EFL context and multivariate statistical techniques to look at the use of a large range of linguistic features across seven oral English proficiency levels.
