ボードゲーム「ナインタイル」のタイルを裏返す操作について考える.各お題カードに対し,1組9枚のタイルがどのように置かれていてもお題カードと同じ絵柄にできるような,必要最小裏返し手数を決定する.

Consider the operation of turning a tile in the board game "Nine Tiles". For each theme card, determine the minimum required number of turns for a set of 9 tiles in any arrangement.
