説明

The Sanshin is three stringed musical instruments in Okinawa. These musical instruments are played with unique score book called "Kunkunsi". In this paper, we proposed how to transcript the sound of playing Sanshin to the musical note. As preprocessing we attempt pitch detection of Sanshin sound. To detect the pitch we tried to using image processing. The detection with this method was done from an actual consecutive Sanshin sound, and good results were obtained on the single sound.
