Developing a practical communicative ability has especially been emphasized as one of the most important objects in teaching English to junior high school students in Japan. In fact, however, many students cannot acquire both practical communicative ability (fluency) and grammatical ability (accuracy) at the same time. Therefore, given the present conditions, the purpose of this paper is to propose one teaching approach to try to develop fruitful ways to lead students to acquire not only fluency but accuracy.
