Abstract

本研究では、各都道府県及び年代による求める教師像の比較を通して、教育の不易と流行を捉え、教職課程科目である教育実習、教育実習論、教職実践演習への提言を行うことを目的とした。教師として、いつの時代にも求められる資質・能力と時代の変化とともに求められるようになった資質・能力について明らかにした。
