本稿の目的は, 学校教育, 特に高等教育, 専門職教育において, 生成AI とMANDALA を用いた主体的な学び及び協調型学習/チーム学習を促進するためのプラットフォームとその実践的手法の提案である. このプラットフォームは, 平安時代から密教として日本に伝わる両界曼荼羅をモデルとして開発されたデジタル・マンダラを中核とし,そこに大規模言語モデル（Large Language Model）をベースとした生成AI を組み合わせることによって, 主に以下の３つの学習支援/授業支援を実現するものである.① 言語的特性に基づく「チーム学習の支援」② 知識の結合と組み合わせによる「新たな概念の形成」③ 概念要素を用いた「言語表現の定型化」本稿の実践事例は, 主に経営大学院（ビジネススクール）での新規事業企画をテーマとした演習課題を取り上げているが, 本論の結びとして今後のさらなるAI の発展普及を想定した学校教育全般での生成AI およびMANDALA の意義と可能性についてICE アプローチに基づき考察を加える.

This paper aims to propose a platform and practical methods to promote active learning and cooperative/team-based learning using Generative AI and MANDALA in school education, particularly in higher and professional education. The platform utilizes a knowledge-based tool called Digital MANDALA, which is developed based on the esoteric Buddhist concept of MANDALA that has been transmitted in Japan since the Heian period. By combining it with a Large Language Model, the platform enables the following three types of learning support/instructional support: 1) "Support for team-based learning" based on linguistic characteristics. 2) "Formation of new concepts" through the combination and integration of knowledge. 3) "Standardization of language expression" using conceptual elements. The practical examples in this paper mainly focus on exercise assignments with the theme of new business planning in business schools and graduate schools of management. As a conclusion, this paper examines the significance and potential of Generative AI and MANDALA in school education as a whole, with a consideration for the future development and widespread adoption of AI, based on the ICE approach.
