近年，携帯型情報デバイスで個人認証を行う機会が増えてきた．本論文では，画風変換を用いたキャンセラブルな生体認証手法を提案し，その評価を行う．提案手法では，顔画像をコンテンツ画像，鍵画像（ユーザが任意に設定する画像）をスタイル画像として画風変換を行い，生成したテンプレートを用いて個人認証を行う．ユーザは登録時に設定した鍵画像を覚えておく必要があるため，この認証手法は知識認証の要素を併せ持った生体認証である．万一テンプレートが漏洩した場合，元のテンプレートは破棄して別の鍵画像で再登録を行うことにより，キャンセラブルな生体認証を実現する．さらにこの論文では，複数枚の鍵画像を用いて評価実験を行い，様々な観点から評価を行う．その結果，先行研究よりも顔情報の残りにくいテンプレートが生成可能であり，より高い認証精度で認証可能なことがわかった．

Recently, we have more and more opportunities to identify ourselves through mobile information devices. In this paper, we propose a cancellable biometric authentication system, where biometrics is translated by using image style transfer, and conduct more detailed evaluation. In this system, we use face images as content image and key image which user registered as style image with image style transfer. Then we authenticate with generated templates. Since user have to remember the registered key image, so the authentication system has an element of knowledge authentication. If some template is compromised, the user can cancel his template by changing his key image. Furthermore, we conducted evaluation experiments using several key images and evaluate this system from different evaluation perspectives. The results showed that this system can generate templates with less facial information, and identify individuals with high accuracy.
