Abstract

This paper focuses on the preparation for the Japanese Teacher Training Course, which starts with the new curriculum of the School of Global Studies beginning in 2021. One of the unique points of this teacher training program is that we offer teaching practice to students at sister universities or other educational institutes in Taiwan. So, along with the introduction of this program, including related the course work and its new subjects, the author mainly notates the records of negotiations held at three universities in Taiwan: Chinese Culture University (Taipei City), Chang Jung Christian University (Tainan City), and I-Shou University (Kaohsiung City).
