抄録

This report covers two of the Elder's operations from the 2022 fiscal year. The first activity took place within the "Foundation Seminar" first-year course. The elders took part in five different classes, mostly helping groups of students and responding to their inquiries. The activation of group work and the promotion of students' awareness were made possible by the Elders' engagement. The Elders themselves acknowledged personal development. The way in which first-year students as learners and Elders interacted revealed the possibility of mutually supporting one another's development. The counseling service offered by fourth-year students is the second activity. 29 first- to thirdyear students used it, and it was well-received overall. The difficulty in conducting effective assessments stems from the inability to sustain a high enough response rate to post-implementation surveys.
