Description

During the summer of 2023, the language study Summer Camp was recommenced after four years, due to Corona-19, at Shanghai International Studies University. Twelve students from Japan, eleven from Iraq, and seventeen from Spain participated, making it a fruitful two weeks. In this report, the contents of the summer camp are described in three stages: before, during, and after the program. We also reflect on the potential of this summer camp to enhance the “Chinese Language Study Abroad” programs in future years.
